NDIS, Workers' Compensation & Insurance Funded Appointments
Appointments are available for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, as well as clients funded through Workers' Compensation, ICWA, motor vehicle insurance, and other approved third-party funding arrangements. Sessions are billed in accordance with the applicable funding body's fee schedule or approved funding arrangement.

Assessment Consultation Session

Required for new clients prior to commencing an assessment.

ADHD Assessment – Adults & Children (Ages 13+)

$1,150.00 inc. GST
No Medicare rebate available.

Payment Breakdown:

$500 – Assessment Session, Psychometric Testing & Interpretation
$650 – Diagnostic Formulation, Comprehensive Clinical Report, Individualised Recommendations & Feedback Session

Please Note

Medicare rebates are not available for the assessment session, for reports or for the feedback appointment.
The assessment report, diagnostic outcome and recommendations will be released once the assessment fees have been paid in full.

Learning Difficulties Assessment – Children (Ages 8+)

Total Fee: $1,300.00

Payment Breakdown:

$400.00 on the day of first assessment session
$400.00 on the day of second assessment session
$500.00 before report & feedback session

Cognitive Assessment – Adults & Children

Total Fee: $690.00

Payment Breakdown:

$500.00 on the day of assessment
$190.00 before report & feedback session

Report Writing
