NDIS Appointments
NDIS funded appointments are available for self-managed and plan-managed participants. Sessions are billed at the rate set by the NDIS and are fully funded by eligible NDIS plans.

All assessments require an initial consulation for new clients.

ADHD Assessment – Adults & Children (Ages 14+)

$1,100.00 inc. GST
No Medicare rebate available

Payment Breakdown:

$600 on the day of assessment
$500 before report and feedback session

Learning Difficulties Assessment – Children (Ages 8+)

Total Fee: $1,300.00

Payment Breakdown:

$400.00 on the day of first assessment session
$400.00 on the day of second assessment session
$500.00 before report & feedback session

Cognitive Assessment – Adults & Children

Total Fee: $690.00

Payment Breakdown:

$500.00 on the day of assessment
$190.00 before report & feedback session

Reports

Report Writing
$300 for the first hour
$100 for each subsequent 30 minutes

Reports are charged separately from consultation sessions where applicable.
